Free Energy Options is another good guide teaching consumers how to build their own windmill or solar power plant for less than $200.

The instructions included with this guide are easy to follow and contain many illustrations although it is a lot like many of the other manuals available. However, it did contain some useful tips to reduce your current electric bill that some others don't include as well as a detailed description of a 200 watt solar panel.

Free Energy Options comes as an electronic ebook to give consumers instant access. I like the book in ebook form because it can be updated easily on a monthly basis.

Overall, we think Free Energy Options is Average although it does not contain as much detail as comparable products.
